Finance Council:
The Finance Council is a consultative body whose mission is to assist the Pastor in financial and administrative matters, the preparation of the annual budget and the reporting of parish financial activities throughout the year. Members of the Finance Council are appointed by the Pastor. Meetings are held monthly.

Pastoral Council:
The Parish Council consists of nine members of the parish elected by the parish for three-year terms and of ex-officio members from various parish organizations. The council advises the Pastor on matters pertaining to all aspects of parish life and programs. They meet monthly.

Stewardship Council:
This council is responsible for the education and encouragement of participation in ministries and direction of parishioners toward stewardship.

PARISH SERVICE

Annual Burse Club Appeal:
The Burse Club was formed in 1949 by the DCCW. The Burse Club contributes funds to the seminary burse, the interest of which is used to help pay for the education of diocesan seminarians.  This is an annual appeal for financial aid for this organization.

Building and Maintenance Committee:
This committee provides helping hands for repairs and upkeep of the parish building and grounds. Our help includes such chores as changing light bulbs, minor plumbing repairs, painting, and grounds clean up. We welcome people who can supply parts, labor and equipment and others who just have a few hours to help on an on call basis.

Collection Counters:
This group serves the Church family by careful stewardship of all collected donations.  They count all financial collections and prepare them for deposit and recording.

Odd Jobs Ministry:
Usually a one time event.  Talents needed are things such as cooking, sewing, carpentry, plumbing, wiring and electricity, office skills, computer skills, hospitality, gardening and so on.
